I still remember those days when my grandma used to do tai chi at home and I would have to do it with her... I would often complain how boring and pointless it was.
Today's cultural class changed my view on tai chi. Tai chi is an internal Chinese martial art that is often practiced for both its defense training and health benefits. We spent about an hour and a half learning new moves today, and it reminded me how much I miss working out and swimming... can't wait to be back in Edmonton!
